I have known Lance at Bitney's for many years. Although I no longer live in their area, my family still does and we have always received the best customer service possible! The best way to judge a company on their customer service is not if something goes wrong (because things happen occasionally) but in how it is handled. Everyone at Bitney's is responsive and willing to fix any issue I might have immediately. Loving our family furniture and the hometown customer service.

We were allowed to browse with no pressure but there was always help nearby to answer questions or to find out about product. There was help to measure furniture to see if it would fit in the car. We ended up leaving that day to contemplate and returned another day. Another sales person helped us and gave credit to our first salesman. We purchased dining room and living room furniture which we are very happy with. Great style and color and value. This will be the first of many purchases for us at Bitney's. There is free delivery!

I bought a recliner in may of 2013 from Bitneys. I had some problems with it and looked up the manufacturers website to see what warranty was available. The manufacturer only had a three day return policy if you weren't happy with the product. I reluctantly called Bitneys to see if they would help since it has been two months since I got the chair. When I spoke to them and told them my concerns they immediately told me I could bring the chair back and get one of my liking. They proved that they truly support and stand behind the products that they sell even better than the people that sell the products to them. This was worth much ore than a bargain store CHEAP deal to me. I would recommend anyone shop at their store because as a business owner I understand customer service and they have it! Great job Bitneys and thank you!
